  • Custom Aspheric Fabrication

Ultra-precision single-point diamond turning and polishing. Custom aspheric coefficients, diameter, focal length and edge chamfer are supported according to your drawings.

  • UV Anti-Reflection Coatings

Custom AR coatings for target UV bands (248 nm, 266 nm, 355 nm, 405 nm etc.). Broadband UV-VIS multilayer coatings are available on request.

  • Precision Optical Metrology

Each lens undergoes interferometer and profilometer inspection for surface figure, centration and surface quality. We provide optical design consultation for UV optical systems.

Key Differentiators

UV Fused Silica Aspheric Lenses are high-precision non-spherical components made from synthetic fused silica. Unlike ordinary optical glass, fused silica features excellent deep UV transmittance, ultra-low thermal expansion and outstanding thermal stability. The aspheric profile corrects spherical aberration within a single element, delivering tight focusing and clean beam quality for UV laser and ultraviolet imaging systems.

  • Superior UV Transmission

Fused silica substrate maintains high transmittance across UV, VIS and partial NIR bands, working reliably for UVA, UVB and deep-UV wavelengths where regular glass fails.

  • Aspheric Aberration Correction

Optimized non-spherical surface eliminates spherical aberration. It produces a fine focal spot and sharp image without assembling multiple spherical lenses.

  • Exceptional Thermal & Mechanical Stability

Ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion. It resists thermal deformation under high-power UV laser irradiation, with strong resistance to thermal shock.

Applications

UV Fused Silica Aspheric Lenses are widely used in UV laser focusing & collimation, UV curing, fluorescence detection, ultraviolet spectroscopy, semiconductor inspection, UV lithography and UV machine vision systems. They are ideal for high-power UV optical paths demanding stable beam performance.
