  • Custom size cutting & processing

We process Corning 2320 original sheets by CNC cutting. Custom shapes including round, irregular shape, holes and chamfering per your drawing. Suitable for PTZ, searchlight and drone window.

  • Chemical Tempering Service

Chemical ion‑exchange tempering after cutting, greatly improves anti‑scratch and impact resistance. Ideal for harsh outdoor working environment. Note: glass cannot be cut after tempering.

  • Optical Coating Options

AR anti‑reflection coating for higher light transmittance; AF oleophobic anti‑fingerprint coating for water‑repellent & easy‑to‑clean surface. AG anti‑glare coating is also optional for strong‑light outdoor applications. Coatings can be combined upon request.

Key Differentiators

NDR (Native Damage Resistance™) is the core feature of this generation. Corning optimizes the glass at the atomic‑structure and formulation levels, making it tougher than conventional aluminosilicate glass even before chemical strengthening. It resists deep scratches that would lead to fracture. This is its key distinction from Gen‑2 Gorilla Glass and ordinary soda‑lime glass.

  • Native Damage Resistance™(NDR)

Enhanced at atomic‑structure level, tougher than ordinary glass even before chemical strengthening, resists deep scratches that cause fracture.

  • 4× higher scratch resistance

Lab‑tested scratch resistance is approximately four times higher than competing aluminosilicate glass.Lower risk of breakage even with scratches, maintains good strength over service life.

  • Excellent optical performance

Light transmittance ≥91.5%. Smooth surface from fusion‑draw process enables sensitive touch and clear display.
Maintains high strength at thin thicknesses, enabling slim‑bezel and lightweight product designs.

Applications

2320 serves as an ideal protective material for front & rear covers of electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches & wearables, smart home appliances, cameras, commercial and POS displays.

Its real‑world processing scenarios also cover touch screens and touch panels, instrument dashboard covers, pressure gauge covers, 86‑form‑factor touch switch panels, automotive and industrial control display panels, optical components, and so on.
