Smooth Aspheric Surface | Excellent Focusing | Low Mold Cost

Custom Available | Drawings, Samples & Parameters Supported

  • Custom Arton® Aspheric Molding

We produce custom molded aspheric lenses using Arton® COC material. We adjust aspheric profile, diameter, focal length, flange and mounting features strictly according to your optical specification and drawings.

  • Custom Anti-Reflection Coatings

Tailored AR coatings for VIS, VIS-NIR and NIR bands. Broadband multi-layer coatings optimized to match your working spectrum for high transmission.

  • Optical Metrology & Technical Support

Each lens is inspected for surface figure, centration, MTF and birefringence performance. Our optical team offers design review and system integration consultation.

  • Exceptional Dimensional Stability

Arton® COC material features ultra-low moisture absorption. It avoids focal shift and surface deformation caused by humidity changes, delivering stable optical performance in fluctuating ambient conditions.

  • Low Birefringence Performance

The Arton® substrate maintains minimal birefringence. It is ideal for polarization-sensitive optical systems and helps preserve signal integrity in precision sensing and imaging applications.

  • High Broadband Transmittance

It provides excellent transmission across visible and near-infrared ranges. Compatible with standard AR coating options to maximize light throughput for your target working waveband.

Key Differentiators

Arton® is a cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) substrate featuring ultra-low moisture absorption, low birefringence, high Abbe number and stable transmission across visible and near-infrared bands. These molded aspheric lenses eliminate spherical aberration without the moisture-induced refractive shift common to PMMA optics, delivering consistent optical performance under humid and temperature-varying environments.

Applications

They are widely adopted for compact imaging modules, biometric sensing, industrial machine vision, optical metrology and high-precision sensing systems requiring stable performance in changing ambient conditions.
